RAM Vortex Generators (VGs) At slow speeds and high angles of attack, VGs better manage the airflow across the wings and tail. Depending on landing gear and flap configuration, RAM VGs reduce stall speeds by 2 to 5 kcas and Vmc from 81 kcas down to 71 kcas. Sold per aircraft serial number. 325-hp SUPER RAM Upgrade STC Upgrade horsepower from 310-hp to 325-hp. Upgrade STC includes RAM Flight Manual Supplement, placards, and documentation only. Propellers, engines, and installation materials sold separately. Both new McCauley and Hartzell propeller options are available. STC to install 325-hp Continental TSIO-520-NB engines.
