Balanced Rod Sets: All OHE engines come complete with matched and balanced rod sets to reduce vibration and improve engine reliability. 1

2 New Cylinders: All OHE engines come with new cylinder assemblies.

New RAM SureStand ™ Baffle Seals: All OHE engines come with red silicone rubber engine baffle seals installed or included separately. Made of tough silicone and reinforced with fiberglass, these red baffle seals hold their shape and remain elastic to ensure optimum cooling for better engine performance and longevity. 3

New Spark Plugs: All OHE engines come standard with new spark plugs. 4

Dynamically Balanced Crankshaft: Each OHE Continental engine comes standard with a dynamically balanced crankshaft to reduce vibration and improve engine longevity. 6 RAM High-Efficiency Camshaft: All OHE engines come standard with a RAM high-rfficiency camshaft. Camshaft is dry film lubed for best wear characteristics and durability. (RAM high-efficiency camshaft not applicable for TSIO-520-R, -P, -AF engines.) 5

Turbocharger and Turbo Controller (not shown): All OHE turbocharged engines come with an OHE turbocharger and turbo controller installed or included.

New Magnetos and Harnesses: All OHE TSIO-520 engines come with new Slick pressurized magnetos and harnesses installed. 12

Break-In Engine Oil and Oil Filter (Available locally): The minimum break-in period should be considered at least the first twenty-five hours of operation. The oil should be changed as soon as oil consumption stabilizes, but no later than the first twenty-five hours of operation. At that time, oil should be changed to an Ashless Dispersant (AD) Mineral-Based Oil. For more information, see RAM’s “Oil Tips” at www.ramaircraft.com.

Oil Cooler (not shown): All OHE engines come standard with overhauled oil coolers for better cooling performance. 7
